    *What is a traditional keynote?
We define a keynote as being 50-90 minutes and can be presented in a fixed seating venue.
    **What is a non-traditional keynote?
These programs range from 60-120 minutes and are much more experiential. Some can only be presented in a large open space without chairs. What separates these programs from workshop is they can be presented to larger audiences. All these programs have been used as a keynote for a conference (350-1200 participants)

Builders, Boomers, Xers, Nexters, and Millennials: Multiple Generations working together on Campus

Can Boomers and Xers ever see eye to eye? How do you motivate a Millennial, anyway? If you have generational differences on campus, you might have generational conflicts as well.
More than any other time in history we have four generations all working together. Also, not only are most of the students Millennials, but every day more and more are joining the work force with you on campus.
This insightful, interactive, and eye-opening program will help you determine who the generations are at your campus, how generational differences in values and work philosophies influence productivity and morale, and what you can do to capitalize on the strengths of each generation.
